Just install Prof Shutdown 3.5 on to your system and you restart, shutdown, logoff, hibernate, or wake up the networked machines altogether without even needing to visit them. Further you can also set the time for the particular action to take place thus saving your time and money. It works with same efficiency on both local and remote machines that are connected through network.
Prof Shutdown 3.5 has the small opening screen that has a clean interface. You can set the tasks for the local and remote machine easily with the given options. Add the task that open with a separate dialog box for making the selections. For adding the Task you need to select the Action from the drop down menu. Then write the comment relating to the task if required. Enable not to shows dialog, force, or to run only if logged on. With the Dialog feature’s set the message that would pop up in front of the user before the action is performed. Set the time for the pop up to appear before the action is performed. If sometimes you need to have any machine to stay ‘On’ for some reason then you can allow the Canceling option also. Then moving to the next step you need to set the time for the task. Schedule the tasks to be performed daily, weekly, once, and set the time for the action to take place. Schedule the task daily and also you can enable showing the multiple tasks. You can edit, delete or run the task when required and you can choose the Power Options Properties. It also contains the remoter shutdown dialog that would let you add the list of the computers you want to include for performing the actions.
